A: At SUF we take on all fitness levels. Even if you have prior injuries, or have 100 lbs to lose, our trainers can modify each workout to fit your specific needs.
Exercise is always the medicine of choice, and whether you need to lose lots of weight, or just want to get definition, we can help you get there.
Q: "So, what's the catch? Is this really FREE? Or am I going to show up and be told it's actually $500?"

Q: "What will be required of me?"
A: We will want you to train as often as you can (you have unlimited access to all the workout times across all locations).
Follow the shopping list and meal plan that we give you.
Ask any of the trainers, staff members, or the owner for help whenever you need it.

It’s the opposite. This is a lifestyle change that does not require boring diets or 2 hours a day in the gym. My goal for this program is for you to stay fit for the rest of your life.
Q: "I don't have a lot of weight to lose. Can I still join SUF?"
A: Yes, you certainly can.
At SUF we actually lift weights, so whether you need to lose weight, just want definition, or really want to gain muscle, we'll help you get there.
Losing weight is great, but we focus more on losing Body Fat %. And the way you do that is to lose fat AND build muscle.
Q: "What are the fees for a regular membership?"
A: Once your Free Challenge is over, our regular membership is $99/month for unlimited access.
