Q: "What is the cost?"
A: We're about results, thus we are not cheap. We go over pricing only after we've determined the program is something you're able to follow. Schedule a 1-on-1 orientation by clicking the yellow button on this page.
Q: "So how do I know if I'll even get accepted? How do you guys determine this?"
A: In your orientation, I'll tell you exactly what you need to do for your goals. How often to workout, which foods to eat, your sleep, water intake, etc.
If you feel that my advice is something you can follow and you're excited to get started, you can sign up there and then.
Q: "What will be required of me?"
A: We want you to train with us at least 3x week (your workout days with us will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, with Saturday being a 'bonus' session)
On your 'off days' we will tell you what cardio to do. And you can perform this cardio at SUF as well.
We want you to follow the shopping list and meal plan that we give you.
Ask your trainer for help whenever you need it.
And of course, have a positive attitude and trust the process!
Q: "Is This Some Sort Of Crash Diet Or Something?"
No it's the opposite. This is a lifestyle change that does not require boring diets or 2 hours a day in the gym.
Our goal for this program is for you to stay fit for the rest of your life.
Q: "I don't have a lot of weight to lose. Can I still join SUF?"
Losing weight is great, but we focus more on losing Body Fat %. And the way you do that is to lose fat AND build muscle.
Q: "Where are you located and what's your schedule?"
A: Our SUF Elite program is held in our Norwalk and Long Beach location.

During your orientation we will go over available time slots (we have AM and PM slots).
